The American Association of Pediatric Urology (AAPU) invites applications for its Annual Research Grant, which provides $30,000 in funding over a two-year period to support innovative research in pediatric urology. This funding opportunity will be available every two years to support new and ongoing research projects.

 

Grant Overview

• Total Funding: $30,000

• Funding Period: Two years (funding will be provided for the full two-year term)

• Funding Availability: This grant will be offered every two years.

• Application Deadline: Mid-June

• Notification of Award: End of August 

 

Eligibility and Priority Considerations
All applications will be considered; however, priority will be given to:

• Early-career faculty within the first seven years of independent practice

• Multi-institutional research collaborations

• Projects where the applicant or co-applicant is an AAPU member

 

Application Requirements

• Research Proposal: Maximum of three pages

• Additional Documentation: Up to two pages outlining available resources and institutional support

• NIH Biosketch
