The 2025 Annual AAPU Meeting will be held January 20-24 at the Westin Riverfront Resort in Avon, Colorado.  The registration fee includes breakfast for occupants on meeting dates (Jan 21-24), Welcome Reception, Farewell Dinner, and an excursion.  The early-bird registration fee runs through 10/31/2024 and is $400. The standard registration fee is $450. There is a registration fee for additional non-member adult guests (anyone 18 and over such as adult guests and significant others) of $100 per person.

 

Meeting registrants must be current with AAPU dues for the past two years.  If you have any questions, contact Tina Vickery.

 

Information for room reservations will be provided upon receipt of meeting registration payment.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Tina Vickery.  Refunds will be given for cancellation requests received by December 1, 2024.
